Virginia F. Thielbar, 85, a longtime resident of Randolph died on Monday, October 28, 2013 at Reflections Hospice in Northfield.
Virginia was a long time cook at Randolph School. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and reading, knitting and sewing.
She is survived by children, Joy (Carl) Worley of Temple, TX, Joe (Sherrie) Vandenheuvel of Cannon Falls, Nina (Gary) Errington of Lonsdale, Michelle (Denny) Murray of Cannon Falls, Sandy (Mark) Turner of Medford, Steve Thielbar of Embarrass, Chris Sellers of Hastings, Cheryl (Harry) McCoy of New Richmond, Carol Thielbar of Burnsville, Rod (Marilyn) Thielbar of Cannon Falls, Cal (Janet) Thielbar of Randolph, Eunice (John) Heimann of Hampton, Ray (Shari) Thielbar of Eau Claire, WI, Kenny (Corrina) Thielbar of Jordon and Danny Thielbar of Randolph; forty grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Calvin; brother, Arnold Vandenheuvel; daughter, Alice Perkins; granddaughter, Karla Robinson; son-in-law, Kenny Sellers and daughter-in-law Elaine Thielbar.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at White Funeral Home, 901 3rd St. Farmington, MN. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
