Wednesday, June 18:
Keri Gesme, 28, Hampton, Peter Otto, 26, Cannon Falls and Justin Taube, 30, Cannon Falls were cited for an incident which happened in December 2013. They were ticked for entering posted land and game and fish trespass.
A theft was reported by S. M. Hentges Construction Company. Overnight four batteries were taken from equipment in Cannon Falls Township. Replacement cost of batteries and cable is $2,000.
Friday, June 20:
Dawn Murphy, 47, Cannon Falls, was ticketed for speed (64/55).
Saturday, June 21:
Travis Richardson, 30, Randolph, was booked by Cannon Falls Police for 2nd degree DWI, 2nd degree refusal, displaying revoked plates, no proof of insurance and driving after revocation. He appeared in court on June 23 and was released after posting $12,000 bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for July 24.
Monday, June 23:
Mary Underwood, 31, Cannon Falls, was booked by the State Patrol on a 5th degree drug possession charge. She was held, and appeared in court on June 24. Bail was set at $10,000 with no conditions and $3,000 with conditions. Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 10.
A break in was reported in Warsaw Township by Pierre Arnold. Someone broke in and ransacked a home and garage. Taken was an air compressor, Dremel tool kit and gas blower. A safe was pried open, but nothing was taken. Power was shut off and food in the freezer was ruined. Total value of loss is $1,650.
