A hit and run was reported in the 400 block of 2nd Street North. A 2000 Explorer driven by Shawn Johnson, 30, Cannon Falls, struck a parked 2004 Cadillac owned by January Mercado, 33, Cannon Falls. Johnson left the scene after striking the Cadillac.

Patrick Ryan, 27, Northfield, was cited for speed (79/65).
