Kudos to Steve Dabelow and all his "helpers" for the fantastic job they did for the Capstone Event last weekend. The idea for the murals, bands and celebration was Steve's "brainchild."
I know of the many hours Steve spent in organizing the entire event. What a fabulous addition the murals are to our quaint, historic little town. How fortunate we are to live in this great community where people are willing to step up and help.
What a super, talented artist Steve Delaitsch is; we are so lucky to have found such a professional. Thanks to the high school young people who helped also. Thanks to Zach Wareham from the museum for his help and participation. All the many hands behind the scenes were so willing and helpful.
The ladies from the Tuesday Club felt we were privileged to be a part of this celebration. The addition of the fiddler, Mark Twain and our resident storyteller (Ms. Meg) made the entire event most memorable. Last, but not least, our fabulous bakery outdid themselves on the pies.
Again, thanks to you Steve, for all the work and effort. You really pulled it off! Thanks to everyone who attended.
