The Cannon Falls city council approved personnel moves for the ambulance service and police department at its August 5 meeting.

Kyrra has obtained his EMT and First Responder Instructor certification and has assisted with EMT classes, said Brenda Voshalike, CF Ambulance Service director.

"I have the utmost respect for Sulo, both as an EMT and as an individual," said Voshalike.
