1/23/2014 12:06:00 PM PTO mini-golf is on Jan. 25 and 26
Cannon Falls Elementary School will be open Saturday, January 25 from 10-5 and Sunday, January 26 from 12-5 for the Cannon Falls PTO annual mini-golf extravaganza!
Students, staff, their families and the public are invited to attend this weekend long event in support of the Cannon Falls PTO.
Each grade level and department competes by decorating one of 18 holes set-up throughout the elementary school, in hopes of winning "Golfer's Choice". In addition, the class with the most students attending, will receive a party.
The Mini Golf Extravaganza is an annual fundraiser hosted by the CF PTO. One hundred percent of the funds raised at this event (and all PTO-sponsored events) stay within the Cannon Falls Elementary School.
The PTO supports the elementary school by providing fun activities and events for the students and supplementing the elementary staff budget in a variety of ways (e.g. Principal Derek Bell's birthday book program, a Cricut machine for teachers, "Fun Day" for elementary students, and classroom organizers).
Cost is $3/golfer with a $10 family max for a round of golf. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.
