by Mike Dalton
Minneapolis' own Trailer Trash will be appearing in Cannon Falls on Friday, Dec. 6, presenting their "Trashy Little Xmas Show" at the Cannon Falls High School auditorium.
Despite the "Trashy" moniker, the show is an all-ages Christmas show, and has been a Twin Cities holiday staple for years. The band has been performing its show at Lee's Liquor Lounge in downtown Minneapolis for over 20 years, and frontman Nate Dungan defines the band's style simply as "honky tonk music," spanning the country and swing to blues and rock.
Showtime Friday, Dec. 6, is 7 p.m., and doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door, and can be purchased at the Cannon Falls Beacon, Community Resource Bank, Chicago Ed's or online at trailertrashmusic.com.
Sponsors of the show are Prudential Realty/Jim Althoff, Community Resource Bank Insurance Brokers of MN, Inc., and Twin City Lift Truck/Paul Kodada.
